By joining Stoa, I acknowledge that all listing information I access through this platform — including property addresses, owner identities, and details disclosed after a cooperation agreement is signed — is provided solely to facilitate structured cooperation between members.

I agree not to:

• •Contact a seller, property owner, any employee, partner, or affiliate of the listing agent, or any party related to a listing, without first entering into a signed digital cooperation agreement with the listing agent through Stoa
• •Share listing details with parties outside the platform for the purpose of bypassing the listing agent
• •Attempt to conclude, or assist in concluding, any transaction relating to a Stoa listing without the participation and rightful commission of the listing agent

This commitment is made in accordance with the provisions governing brokerage contracts under Greek Law 4072/2012, Article 200. Breach may result in immediate account suspension and civil liability under Greek law.
